Description: From 1971, until 1984, Bob Wilkens hosted a wonderful television program called Creature Features. It was broadcast from channel 2 in the San Francisco Bay Area, but made its way to other areas. Bob passed away in 2009, and I still think about his awesome show.

Description: If you remember these, you are cool. If you still have some, you are beyond cool. A 45 rpm adapter (also known as a 45 rpm record insert, 45 rpm spindle adapter, spider, or 7-inch adapter in reference the usual size of a 45 rpm record) is a small plastic or metal insert that goes in the middle of a 45-rpm record so it can be played on the standard size spindle of a turntable. The adapter may be a small solid circle that fits onto the spindle (meaning only one 45 could be played at a time) or a larger adapter that fits over the entire spindle of a record changer, permitting a stack of 45s to be played.

Description: Saban’s Masked Rider was an American adaptation of Japan’s long-running Kamen Rider franchise, produced by Saban Entertainment and aired in 1995. It’s best remembered as a curious, short-lived attempt to replicate the success Saban had just achieved with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. The show was based primarily on Kamen Rider Black RX (1988), using extensive footage from the Japanese series mixed with newly shot American scenes. In Japan, Black RX was darker and more serious, but Saban reworked it into a lighter, kid-friendly superhero sitcom format.

Description: Black Cat is a comic book adventure heroine published by Harvey Comics from 1941 to 1951. Harvey also published reprints of the character in both the mid-1950s and the early 1960s. The character's creation is claimed by the Harvey family to have originated with publisher Alfred Harvey, but there is no corroborating evidence for this. The Black Cat debuted in Pocket Comics #1 (August 1941).
